I know someone wh's having that done, I believe that's called phimosis.

Some of the time, foreskins aren't retractable. This causes medical problems for the sufferer. Sometimes therapeutic circumcision is indicated..

I've been told by a nurse that this is a terrible problem in nursing homes, because many of the patients are infirm, can't wash themselves, and get infected foreskins.

But back to the topic--while I prefer cut cocks while in the soft state, when they're erect, they all look pretty much the same. As long as the guy is clean....
