Actually prunes will give you diarrhea if you you eat more than a couple because of the sugar alcohol. At least for me.

Anyone who want more complete bowel movements along with a cleaner butt,add some cooked fork tender dark red kidney beans to your diet. Not every day but every other day. Mostly in green salads for us.

From now on we should avoid eye contact.

On topic, my elder sister had surgery a week ago, and as i checked on her throughout the week, her husband had to go to the ER with pain that had persisted overnight until he could not bear it. Was some kind of constipation, but he had only gone a day before or so. He also couldn't pass urine.

They sent him home with treatments, but didn't give him an enema or anything. They had x-rayed him, since his complaint was back pain, an screened for kidnestones, since he said it was in that area. They found no signs of an impaction either.

I never heard of such. Wonder if he had not gone as recently as they thought. At any rate, he was relieved yesterday of his "burden" but still had pain. I'm wondering if he needs a second opinion/diagnosis. My sis also said his prostate was enlarged, so that may have affected his urine.
