Shit!
As some of you already know, there is a guy at work that I really like... to the point where I'd sometimes be so nervous in his presence that I'd stutter when we get to talk. So that pretty much gives you an idea about my feelings for him.
He's a really nice guy, smart, very well mannered and generally a good guy. He's training wrestling and... I totally fell for him during the past 2-3 months. (I have a kink for sports guys)
Today, he came to the office and dropped the bomb that he's leaving the company.
Apparently, his 6 months contract expired, the boss offered him a new one without a raise in salary and he refused it.
Our boss really doesn't know his employees. Because wrestlerboi was probably the best employee in his department, always on time, always getting the job done, very dedicated to his career and very helpful to the company.
Apparently, our boos doesn't find those qualities important, all he cares for is to save money.
I felt so bad when he said he's leaving, and he looked pretty upset as well. I could see it in his eyes. Thinking that I won't get the pleasure of seeing him every day and have the random chats is atm killing me. I know I'll get over him but right now, I just wanna kick our boss' ass.
