It looks exellent for any sort of collaborative writing thing, really.

Damn, I could've really used this a couple of years ago instead of having to e-mail back and forth.
I don't like the real-time IM thing either. I constantly rephrase things, so anyone looking at what I'm writing would go mad. Hope there'll be a setting to turn that off.
