I'm very new to the this site...

I have been told (very kindly) that I'am being made fun of and the topic of several postings over the threads I start and contributions to other guys threads.

I guess I did not make my probation period on becoming a jubber.

Perhaps there should be a questionaire, to be completed before we try to be part of the JUB community.

To any of you that I might have offended, Please accept my apology, that was my last intention.

Many of you have been very kind and fun...Thanks Guys.

It's been a short trip, but a fun one...My best to all of you.....
 
I, for one, have never had a problem with your posts.

I bombed when I first joined Jub a few years ago, just as many others do. I started all the wrong threads and made a fool of myself.

You're certainly not alone in this, and there's no need to run away from it.
 
Probation? Questionnaire? Huh?

Just keep posting your posts, and people get used to you after a while. If you're not enjoying yourself, then by all means go do something else... but if you like it here, don't let a few bad apples scare you away.

Dont go. I have found your posts both compassionate and humorous. I will skim replies to threads to avoid certain individuals who I think are bigotted, pompous asses. I find that I seek out your posts. Don't let the bastards wear you down!!!!

And don't let comments get you down; heck I was afraid to post for the longest time *looks over shoulders*. Now I post when I want; don't when I don't want; and could care less (okay, I do get upset sometimes) what is commented back. Stay in there!

I first ran into you when you posted about your nephew repeating to you what his father said. You handled that situation so well, better than most of the advice you were given.

I too looked at your posts and only see one of the guys with the usual type of comments. If someone is saying something to you, they are just one or two people out of thousands.

I say stake your claim, stand your ground. Pretty soon you'll be up to a thousand posts and you'll be an old timer here. And There. :)

No stranger than some of the ones I make #-o - so why let some people run you off. You are not here to please them, you are here to enjoy JUB, maybe make a friend or two, look at hot guys, and express yourself whether people agree with you or not.

Well from what I have read, I can't see how anyone can be offended or why they should make fun of you.

There is no reason to leave our community, and now I'm back to spread my fairy dust and glitter across the boards again I will be most upset if you feel you are being harrassed out of JUB - it's against our Code of Conduct - and I'll be happy to use my mod stick on anyone who is doing such a thing to you (i just hope my stick works after its lack of use!!!);)

Most of us make a twat of ourselves at some point (in fact there are several here who make an occupation out of it!) but you're among friends so it doesn't matter!!
 
Herenthere just remember one thing, it's only words on a screen. Sticks and stones, and you know the rest. We've all had our run ins with others on this site and most likely other forums. Don't let it bother you. They don't know you and you don't know them. If someone doesn't like something you've said, well so be it.

Trust me on this, some folks here do nothing but moan and complain...(I limit my moaning to no more than 70% of my posts.) If you're not ruffling a few feathers you aren't applying yourself. Some bitches get snarky about nothing, a few you need to really poke and prod.;)

Claim you find dressing to the right uncomfortable and some jubber will flame at you for being a "left leaning liberal pinko commie sympathizer."

Mention that Canada celebrates Thanksgiving a month before the US and some tool will call you an "anti-American anarchist".

Comment about some really nice Diesel slides you are thinking of getting and you will be labelled a "shallow fashion slave elitist & clothing whore".

Some people live to get offended so they can start flapping their gums. Don't give in to that kind of attention seeking behaviour and don't let the bastards get you down. Come on, bend over and take it like a man! (*8*)
