Guys like being called "papi" or "daddy"
In my experience some Latino guys call any guy papi as a term of endearment not necessarily about age---but a daddy is a daddy---an older guy.
 
I absolutely dislike being called "papi". Anyone calls me papi once I make it clear that I do not like it, call me papi again, conversation is over. It must be because that is what we used to call our dad.

Very true. I knew a very pretty, young Dominican woman. She used to refer to me as a "papi chulo." It was very sexy and flirtatious.
 
I like to be called Daddy by a submissive male or female.
