As well I would suggest to counter Margaret Sanger's evaluation of the harmful results of masturbation ( which must rationally also be a small number of the total , for which she could have no real numbers or awareness ) that obvious visible masturbation is the same as obvious visible nakedness , both indicative of a lack of basic social restrictions in those people . I bet the average person at that point ( particularly her ) would never have seen even one naked or masturbating person ever outside of a medical context .( And I would add incidentally expressive of the typical American and English irrational-pervasive absurd attitude that sex and nudity is basically unnatural , indicative of an underlying pathology . If masturbation is constantly typical behaviour in a majority of all humans and most animals it just cannot cause or be the result of uncommon behaviour )

I have to think that there are religious or closed communities where young men may not have been exposed to pornography.

But I'm actually rather glad to hear that there aren't many who haven't had exposure to the stuff we love to look at too.
 
What surprises me is that they actually thought that they would find young men who haven't seen porn....

A better approach to the problem could be how often watching porn can affects men.

I think even for that study theyd need a control group that doesn't watch porn. So they'll probably have to do this study in a 2nd world country where some people have access to computers and the internet, but not everyone does.
