Maybe singing nursery rhymes as a child about the man who tortured, enslaved and exterminated the Tainos and sex-trafficked children as young as 9 taught me compartmentalization.

If that article's true, sure, it sucks, but as a black American speaking the slavemaster's language, with my entire family praying to the slavemaster's God, having that huge chasm in between us that can never be repaired because they've been indoctrinated, I have to admire his revolutionary ideas and honesty about western imperialism. Doesn't happen very often and leaders like that don't live very long.

It's not as if there's any real brotherhood in LGBT, there are lot of white gays who think BLM protestors (of which I am one) are terrorists and "woke is destroying America" and "reparations is just handouts for wannabe victims." I'll never stop advocating for the rainbow gang but I'm not going to pretend there's any real solidarity or unity here. The same gays I'm called to empathize for, do we remember the floodgates of racism that opened when Prop 8 passed?

Life is complicated sweetie.
