Some things went wrong today; the exhaust system on my car started making noise, I gained pound since the day before, and my computer got locked up when I opened up a pop-up article.

On the plus side; I already got my computer back fixed from the Geek Squad and it was free because I had purchased a protection contract, I made an appointment for my car tomorrow afternoon, and I had bought myself a date-nut cake for desert for supper. I'm 78 now, but still able to get around.
 
Sorry to hear about your exhaust and computer, but I'd absolutely count an extra pound on my birthday as a success! The date nut cake was TOTALLY WORTH IT! ;)
 
Sorry I missed your birthday. But since it's a holiday weekend you can extend any celebration you like. Cake usually needs more than a day to eat anyway.
