I've got a lot of fun outdoor events and activities already planned coming up in the next few months (maybe too much), but have to admit...I hate the heat and everything that comes with it.

They really are so good. I used to make a few gallons of Mai Tais at a time in a huge stainless steel pot. I dont remember all the ingredients but they had good quality lite rum and dark rum along with triple sec and amaretto and of course pineapple juice.

Icy cold and fruity but they hit you after two or three strong ones. Catch a nice buzz

Never thought to use amaretto. Always put in orgeat.
