i would imagine its stress and nerves

just relax and focus on the man, not your cock

get a cock ring and see if that is helpful maybe

other than that?

a glass of wine before hand seems to help some guys, but too much alcohol can cause you to lose wood also so dont overdo it

just take more time getting comfy with your guy.. that may be all you need to do

the brain is the organ that matters the most during sex for men as thats the one that innitiates your erections

hope that helps

Do you smoke? Drink? Start any new meds lately?

Maybe try to use a slightly larger condom?

If it is too small, then it could be cutting off the circulation or pushing the blood away from your genitalia.

go to www.gearessentials.com, hey have the BEST cock rings...and they don't look like plastic toys with buggy eyes! (well if your into that sort of thing, shop elsewhere!)

All metal, polished or not. Many sizes and widths. Many styles some engraved also. I would pick the thinnest they have for width so it is not heavy, and looks way cool! They will tell you how to figure out your size too. One word of caution, cock rings are NOT meant to be worn all night, etc.

I suspect it's all in your head. You need to talk to your partner and get him to agree that it's no big deal because now you're worrying about it and it makes it worse. Just relax and enjoy it.

You might wanna talk to your doctor about this. The cymbalta probably isn't helping things, most antidepressants kill your libido and reduce sensitivity. I have been on several and definately noticed a reduction in sex drive and taking longer to cum. Now I'm taking Buspar as well, which helps with anxiety and also increases libido as a side effect.

First, please be careful if you decide to buy a cockring. Ones composed of all metal are not really a good idea if you haven't used a cockring before. Ones with snaps or that are more flexible are a better bet for a newbie since they are more easily removed.

Also, you may want to reevaluate your masturbation technique. If you have to rub yourself raw, it's possible you've gotten used to having that kind of stimulation. Fortunately, you can retrain yourself. There's an interesting Savage Love article about it.

with random hookups i've found for some guys i cant stay hard while topping...i attribute it to bad chemistry. a drink before should help

Well, when I got fucked by a guy for the first time, I was so busy concentrating on the pain that I couldn't keep a boner whatsoever.

Many bottoms do not keep errections when they
are giving it up. The person penetrating is getting the pleasure.
That is not at all unusual. You do not say that your sexual orientation is gay.

But when you top and lose an erection, you may want to talk to a physician, (a urologist) and he can assess whether there is a skin or sensation (nerve) problem. Or he can advise you about such things as use of a cock ring, or the use of a drug like viagra. This is too important not to get over being too embarrassed to tell a doctor.

He (a doctor) may also want to advise you about being active sexually, but he can best help you when you are honest. He will not be embarassed. I promise you that, and he has heard it all at least a hundred times before.

i know exactly what youre talking about, i feel the same way!! i dont take meds or smoke, only drink occasionally. when i top i find it difficult to stay hard with a condom or a lot of lube because it becomes slippery and lose erection. it doesnt have anything to do with my man because we have had great sex before, im not uncomfortable or inhibited, and i think my libido is fine. but when this does happen and i lose my erection i get irritated and it can really kill the mood. & its weird, even when i jo it has to be raw and im often pretty rough.. ive had cockrings recommended to me i just never got around to it. but i would recommend not jo for awhile or foreplay before topping, that helps me but can only do so much

Fortunately, practice usually makes perfect:) After a while, the initial stress is gone and you are gaining confidence with each and every succesful fuck.

Yet, you want to double check with your doc and see that all the systems are really up and running. This will put your mind to rest and even make you more self-confident.

At times, every good and hard-working cock just shows that he has a mind of his own. That happens, too. Men know that and are usually not sweating it, if it does not happen too often.

I still have to meet a man, who would be making an issue out of an occasional ED. Practically, everyone knows that it may be his turn next time:) Which all makes m2m sex even more desirable.
