Can somebody tell me what a str8 acting gay guy is? haha. I think the point ahotjock71 is trying to make is that what you're calling "str8 acting" isn't something we all accept. We know what you're saying, but it implies that most gay guys act stereotypically gay. Which isn't the case. Therefore str8 acting means sleeping with girls. Maybe I'm wrong. But ultimately, I know "str8 acting" gay guys and I know "gay acting" str8 guys. It all turns out to be bullshit in the end.
As to is it easier in some places than others to be gay? Absolutely! But it's possible to be yourself whereever. I've lived in a lot of different places and most don't know I'm gay. Some places are more accepting than others without a doubt.
