I hear it's physically exhausting.

Sounds pretty advanced. Maybe you should start out with Shrimping and work your way up to Crab Walk.

On a more serious note, yes, i have done the crab walk, just not in a sexual way.
Here in The UK, our armed forces all have "slang" terms for the other services.

The Army, are known as pongos, as in where the army goes the pong goes...:-)
The Royal Navy, are known as matelots, for whatever reason, i could never be arsed to find out why.
The Royal Air Force, are known as crabs, because of our unique way of "right-dressing", when
on parade. We "shuffle" side-ways, eyes right, clenched fist on the person to your right.
And everyone shuffles, until we are, pardon the pun, in a straight line......;)

Yes, but i still have no idea why we use that as "our" slang term for The Royal Navy. As the other terms "Crab" and "Pongo", have a slight, piss-take to them.
Unless you are suggesting that The French Navy, are..........
