  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

Have you ever fallen in love with an inanimate object?

I lost my virginity to an inanimate object. Marcelline was her name. Love wasn't in the cards though.

I've recently come to the sad realisation I have an unhealthy relationship with Haribo...

Yes nice size figurines of Snoopy, Charlie Brown, And Linus with a blue blanket in one hand and his thumb in his mouth with the other hand.

Rupert - a hedgehog - actually a hand puppet that turns into ball where you turn it inside out.

Aloyious - a teddy bear - a copy of the one from Brideshead Revisited.

All of my art work - theatre posters, signed letters, an original litho of Steven Sondheim by Al Hirschfeld -signed and numbered.

And some original pieces of art work.

Two Budda Heads - 17th Century Thailand - each in their own lucite case - about 4-5 inches high.

A ring i selected for my graduation from high school and colllege - until i saw that ring i never wanted anything related to those events.

But there is a side issue - i have trouble allowing myself to enjoy all of them.

i think for a local village idiot i have some rather unique inanimate objects that really do mean a lot to me - i wish i could give the entire collection to one person, much younger then myself, so that they might have the enjoyment out of them that i think they are entitled to. the thought of all those things being scattered everywhere, brings me great sadness.

You realize, don't you, that you've fallen in love with an inanimate object who has fallen in love with an inanimate object. :p

I once fell in love with a melon--- then I found out it was cut! (And that's the straight poop.)

My dick's been inanimate for way too long ..... still rather keen on it, though. ;)
