Wanting to be closer to papi I moved to an area that is seemingly 5-minutes post-gen. It's mostly bourgeoise couples with nice cars and soccer moms pushing their babies in strollers that probably cost more than my monthly grocery budget, but there's the occasional crack prostitute wandering looking out of place. I got propositioned walking home from the 7/11 the other day, the trick to dealing with hookers is don't make eye contact and DO NOT stop, once you stop they've got you. She tried the "Don't I know you?" hook. Nah heaux, I don't know anybody. :gogirl:

That´s because she was on to you, fabulously...

Yes.

We homos are among the first-adopters of bad neighborhoods and when they succeed the neighborhood becomes boring and people who wouldn´t be found dead there a decade ago want to move in.

Joke's on her, I'm stingy with my crack :gogirl: too expensive to be sharin

So you went to 7/11 for a Slurpy? I could have gave you that for free.

A cigar, running into a crackhead was the weed gods penalizing me for wasting my good tree in paper. 9/10 I'm a bong girl but the one day I switched it up of course something had to go wrong. When I tell you I power-walked home SO FAST!

Now, you said something about a slurpy? :fellate:

No - but my parents did after I moved out. My husband's parents did as well but they have since moved to Central America.

I get creeped out in gentrified areas - I hate the vibe.

It's very bizarre. From what locals have told me about the history of Charlotte, maybe 75% of the city has been gentrified, there's just a few areas they have to snag before the process is complete. This might be my last house here, it feels like San Francisco had a baby with Detroit.
