having lower abdominal pain.

it started last night. didn't jerk off last night, don't know if that had anything to do with it BUT felt my insides around my bladder, prostate area starting to hurt for whatever reason. then my lower left side started to hurt. then throughout the day my lower gut area started to hurt. now it's the right side. dunno wtf is going on.

the only things i could think of is i pulled my stomach muscle when i got out my stomach on friday or something else is wrong with my insides. hope it's something that i have to worry about. i have no insurance.

Refujiunderground: Based on your symptoms, it could be anything from constipation to a hot appendix. If the pain is in the lower right quadrant and it's the worst you've ever felt in your life, it could be appendicitis. If you start to run a fever or feel nauseated, definitely see a doc, even if it means going to the ER on Christmas Eve. Even if you don't start to feel feverish or vomit, if the pain continues and it's severe, then you probably need medical attention.

It could be kidney stones. That is what it felt like when I had kidney stones.

If it gets worse...you should seek medical attention. I am not sure where you are from but there may be alternatives for people with no insurance or if you have low income. If neither of these conditions exist...they still will treat you and if you feel bad enough you should seek treatment.

have you ever teared an abdominal muscle? that feels really awful and can easy be mistaken for pain in the intestines.

does it hurt if you slightly push down you hand on the area? also try pushing your hand a bit in and removing it quickly. if this hurts, get your appendix checked. in any case .. if it gets worse, off to the doc with you!

If the pain is still there, it is time to go to the emergency room. A lot of things can cause that kind of pain, some serious, some not.

sorry for not responding back to this thread. forgot i posted this. thanks for your help guys. the pain went away for the moment. everything you guys mentioned has me really thinking about what if that's the case especially the kidney stones, appendicitis, and the tore stomach muscle. corny, now that you mentioned it, there's times when i work out my stomach and when i bend, i could feel like my stomach muscle like popping out or pulling itself inside and it feels horrible. that used to happen regularly. actually made a thread about it and everyone said it was normal. now it seems like that might have been a warning sign.

and palbert, i think that all the farting and stomach issues might possibly be something serious. it would be really nice to go over to a doctor's office and ask questions but with no insurance and even having insurance under a certain health provider, it might not even get an answer to explain for this. at this place that i'm going to for outpatient mental services, they did say they had a program concerning free medical care pertaining to my anemia that i need to get checked up soon. next week, i'm going to go over there and ask about it because there's some other health issues that are going on such as my left hip acting up, my right wrist and my left foot.

^ I once teared an ab muscle from climbing. It was very weird and I never could really locate the pain, nor find a "spot" or activity where it hurt more, so since I couldn't find the source I went to my doc and he tested for a couple of things and then asked me if I was doing something that might stress the abs more than usual. He said there isn't much that you can do, other than avoiding more strain on it. It took some time, but in the end it went away.
