Hey everyone! I've looked around this site for so long and so I decided to join and post. Everyone here is really nice! So Yeah, I'm out of the closet to only a few friends, but everyone in my family is homophobic like, EXTREMELY homophobic. Whenever they make remarks about anything gay, i get nervous and it discourages me from telling anyone. I feel pretty bad and so I'm still contemplating when I should tell them. Hopefully someone here could give some advice cuz I really don't know what to do... Theres probably tons of people in my situation and have asked for advice too and I bet it's getting pretty old lol. Anyways I'm looking forward to posting more!

The only advice I can give is that you just have to do it! Though come out when your ready and dont get pressured into doing something that your not ready for. If the people in your life really love and care about you they will understand. I had a friend that hated gay people and when I came out to him he began to see things in a different light. Sometimes it takes someone close to bring others into the light. Good Luck!
