This is one of those ridiculous situations where these Czech guys have millions of different names! ... I was able to find the movie by various means on the GEVI pay-per-view site where the scene in question comes from "Lust for Boys 1." Under the scene are listed the three stars names which I've arrowed in red below: Ivan Mraz, Luky Svit and Shane Hirch. However, in the credits to the actual movie, Ivan Marz is named as Yannick Modine and it is he who shoots his load into the other guys' faces. Tony Conrad is also named as such in the credits but his alias is Luky Svit. That leaves Shane Hirch who has 15 different names! Why all these aliases? It's amazing that GEVI can ID them all! ... Anyway, I like the blond guy (Yannick Modine has 9 different names!) so will check him out a bit more later ... :) ...

^ I found the video at a number of sites none of which provided an ID......... :(
 
^ I'd say they were East European, possibly Czech or Hungarian, not that this helps with the ID ... :) ...

Thank you. I took a wild guess at first they might be from Staxus or William Higgins but all their videos have the logo in the corner of their videos. Are there other popular Czech sites that I could investigate?
 
They're both uncut so the vid is probably 99.99% European. They talk a little bit but I'm 99.99% sure it's not Hungarian.
