I am coming to NYC 11/21 the way all the methods of transport are very odd timing & i was looking for a room for 1 night or even just a place to relax until dawn, So if you know of any cheap places in NYC or have a spot in your place thats fine.
I'm booked for a place already in Chelsea & just trying to watch costs,
Or if you have a Air B&B let me know as well
Hope to hear from someone

Nice to see you again, Chilly.

The last time I was in NYC was back in the late 60s. I remember there was a lovely bench in Central Park with a beautiful view of the lake. It looked very comfortable. Not sure if they take reservations, though.

(Seriously, though, hope you find something. Have a fun trip.)

I was in New York yesterday!

I stayed at the Ramada on West 44th St., which isn't cheap but is more reasonably priced than most other Midtown hotels. I was pleased. It was clean enough and comfortable.

November's a long way off. You're planning ahead! If you're spending any time in NY (more than passing thru) let me know.

Actually that bench is still there but in order to address homeless people, the city has put spikes in the middle of it.
