ok on my way home today i saw the most awesome homeless guy on the corner... the light was red and he was walking... but i noticed somethin... unlike most homeless peoples he had multiple signs... he would flip between 4 signs... here they are in order...

1: Just Visiting need fuel to leave.
2: Family Killed by Ninjas saving up for karate lessons.
3: Road Rage? yell at the homeless guy $5.00 or best offer
4: Family abducted by aliens need money for tacos...

i laughed my ass off the 10 minutes left of my drive... if i had money i would have given him some... man i hope he is there tomarrow lol

It is sad to be in the richest country in the world and we do not have money for our own people, yet we can spend billions in orther countries!!

i met a fellow in Phoenix when i was there working ....i went into a neighborhood lounge to watch a ballgame and have a few beers...a gay friendly bar, but not a cruise scene...

i saw a svelt, handsome guy about 25 talking with the bartender and apparently having a good time, and seemed quite welcome there...

on one of my trips to the bar i had a chance to exchange polite conversation with the guy...

he seemed at home like a regular, but he was passing through while hitching a ride....i determined he was going my way before he knew of my travel plans....

he stayed a couple of days with some other people, and left with me 3 days later as i drove home from phoenix.....

Bryan is intentionally homeless, choosing to live on the road and work odd jobs rather than "settle" into/for a more "normal" existence...

he has acquaintences and freinds all over the usa, and without imposing (greatly) on anyone, he manages to travel around as an itinerant worker/traveller.....

he has those signs.....and more....he's a performer, comedian, laborer>>>>> grifter....with charm....

he doesn't ask to crash on your floor.....he'll get a temp job and rent a room ..... he keeps himself clean....and moves quite well among a more "normal" slice of life.....

we've been friends now for 6 years....and we've met up in various places as i travel and we spend a few days together on the road....

we've NEVER had sexual contact....we're both gay but sex has never actually been an issure between us....and that chance meeting has grown into a friendship....

America is trillions in debt. Last I heard it was like 44 trillion.

I have two favorites.
1. One evening at the subway entrance an homeless guy asked me for a buck so he could get to an AA meeting. He reeked of alcohol

2. Had a homeless guy ask me for a buck one day while coming out of a bank. I told him sorry, I only have twenties. I got change he says.

Luxembourgh isn't surprisingly the richest country... have you seen its size? theres not much for that country to do...
i think WYSIWYG meant country with the richest citizenry... the USA is known for having some of the richest people in the world... which i think he was basing his comment on...

That is an awesome tale. I commend you. for being able to meet a homeless gay guy, have an oppurtunity to take sexual advantage of this guy in exchange for some necessity and you do the honorable thing and be friend him. You learn about him, and who he is and make a friend. There are a lot of guys out there that need to take some pointers from you.
