Hot guy in college class almost slipped..

So their is this hot hot landscaper in my Math class and i see him glance to look at me sometimes. Also we make small talk because we sit diagnal from each other. So today we finished our tests and after the test we are allowed to leave so i finished and was waiting outside for him to come out and i was smoking a cig. So he says come on walk with me. So we are standing right by his truck talking about cars and bikes for about 15 minutes. Now this boy is hot.. He is about 6 foot dirty blonde hair and has a killer body i can almost see his 6 pack bursting out of his shirt. He is so laid back wears sandles and these bright blue gym shorts that are so fucking hot. I thought he was older but he was saying how he knew this kid his age around 21 or 22 so im not sure how old he is exactly. For how hot this boy is i thought he would not even talk to me or would be cocky as hell but i was way wrong.
anyway i am telling a story about my friends car and how much it sucks and then he starts talking about his friends car but he says it differently.. he says in quotes
"Well once my boyf...... my friend had this m3 and he crashed it" Now He cut off saying that one word and i am almost 100% he was about to say boyfriend. The whole time talking he never stuttered or messed up any other sentences so know this got me thinkinh. Now i only got until next class to get his number or to find out if he is interested because he is droppping the class and it is only once a week. Next class is tuesday. What should i do? HELP!
 
How come you didnt just say, "Wanna make out?" or something? He was about to say boyfriend dammit!! Pounce on him, and drag him back to your lair and have your way with him.
 
what colleges did you guys go too. My college was never like this!! course it was 1996 to 1998. Wow. Nothing like this ever happens to me! :(
 
I think you might need to play up the car angle. See if you can get him interested in looking at your friend's car with you or maybe at your car. You know he likes cars, and so that is going to be a way to get to do something together.

Go out for coffee or something. Make sure he knows you're gay. See where things go.

And should he say "or something" you jump him right there. Even if it's on the table in class - everyone likes a good show.
 
Well he did almost say boyfriend so that means hes not single and is taken.... OFF LIMITS in other words.However it doesnt mean you cant be friends still.
 
oh my god. i wish i could get something like that to tip me off with all the straight guys I like.

it seems to me i can never get a guy I like that isn't straight or at least gay/obviously interested. see my thread...i feel like slitting my throat over this one guy. I lost 7 lbs because of him. I can't sleep. i can't eat. i feel like i'm living in a shallow, empty husk of what i used to be.

but he did almost say boyfriend....are you sure it wans't wishful thinking that tricked you? if he's got a boyfriend that means he's gay and most gays are promiscuous.

I agree with looseliam & martin6 ask him out to coffee or to hangout..even to study together..all goes well then give him your number..or turn it around and ask him for his number..he's already "half-slipped".
 
Someone also said they think he's seeing someone.

Although he said "my boyf..." I, at times, refer to ex's as my boyfriend if he was at the time. So it doesn't mean, necessarily, that he's taken. And so what if he is. Maybe you'll make a new friend.
 
Had a similar experience on Labor Day. A guy I have known for 15 years who does summers selling ice cream from a truck (he's in his mid 30s) was talking to me his last day. He tells me this might be his last year as he is trying to get with the local utility company. He says "yea - my boyfriend works there" but as he was starting the sentence he turned to get an item I ordered. But I am 99% sure I heard him right. I didnt follow up cause I didnt want to embarrass him if it was a slipup. Did I do right? IF I wanted to pursue it, what should I have said? Our interaction over the years has been casual and he talks about all the hot girls he has met doing the job but has never mentioned a GF. I convinced myself a while back he is, but couldnt develop it beyond daydreams.
 
He never showed up on that class day on tuesday :( and i have not seem him around school yut.
 
He reminds me someone i dated long ago.Same physical and characteristics attributes.But he was German.I never know that he liked me too.He told our mutual girlfriend that he likes me then my girlfriend told me what he said to her.Then i told her to tell him that i like him too.So when i heard this together we went to gardens and said to each other that we like each other.If it's gonna give any help.
