Hot guy in college class almost slipped..

So their is this hot hot landscaper in my Math class and i see him glance to look at me sometimes. Also we make small talk because we sit diagnal from each other. So today we finished our tests and after the test we are allowed to leave so i finished and was waiting outside for him to come out and i was smoking a cig. So he says come on walk with me. So we are standing right by his truck talking about cars and bikes for about 15 minutes. Now this boy is hot.. He is about 6 foot dirty blonde hair and has a killer body i can almost see his 6 pack bursting out of his shirt. He is so laid back wears sandles and these bright blue gym shorts that are so fucking hot. I thought he was older but he was saying how he knew this kid his age around 21 or 22 so im not sure how old he is exactly. For how hot this boy is i thought he would not even talk to me or would be cocky as hell but i was way wrong.
anyway i am telling a story about my friends car and how much it sucks and then he starts talking about his friends car but he says it differently.. he says in quotes
"Well once my boyf...... my friend had this m3 and he crashed it" Now He cut off saying that one word and i am almost 100% he was about to say boyfriend. The whole time talking he never stuttered or messed up any other sentences so know this got me thinkinh. Now i only got until next class to get his number or to find out if he is interested because he is droppping the class and it is only once a week. Next class is tuesday. What should i do? HELP!

He never came back to the class he dropped it. I do not see him around anymore. But that class was business class so i might have a chance down the road.

Had a similar experience on Labor Day. A guy I have known for 15 years who does summers selling ice cream from a truck (he's in his mid 30s) was talking to me his last day. He tells me this might be his last year as he is trying to get with the local utility company. He says "yea - my boyfriend works there" but as he was starting the sentence he turned to get an item I ordered. But I am 99% sure I heard him right. I didnt follow up cause I didnt want to embarrass him if it was a slipup. Did I do right? IF I wanted to pursue it, what should I have said? Our interaction over the years has been casual and he talks about all the hot girls he has met doing the job but has never mentioned a GF. I convinced myself a while back he is, but couldnt develop it beyond daydreams.

Any comments?
