As long as the videos are educational or in some cases documentary in nature, and are made viewable to viewers that are 18+ only, then they're ok for youtube. However if they're too sexualized or get flagged too often then they get taken down regardless of their content. Plenty of penis videos on youtube, you can be sure of that :wink::wink:.
