Recently I went to a friends house who had just purchased an LG 3D TV -- it was AWESOME!!! ..|

My FAVORITE part was when I aberrantly went to DominicFord.com - 3D Gay Porn - A New Dimension in Porn on the TV -- WOW!!!

NOW I want to know how I can do it on my Macbook pro -- the LG 3D glasses that he loaned me don't work on the computer... :(

I tried researching it online -- but all with discouraging results...

My computer is only a few months old, so SHOULD have all of the latest and greatest from Mac...

HOPEFULLY someone here knows how!!!

THANKS!!!

:):):)

I think I figured it out...

UNFORTUNATELY, the ONLY way I can do it is with the OLD style (anaglyph) of 3D which isn't very good... :(

There is nothing apple related as of yet that supports current generation 3D, maybe if you hooked it up to a 3D TV, but as of right now very few laptops support 3D, none of which are made by Apple. Sorry.

EDIT: Let me correct myself, the system hardware does support it, just not the monitor or the OS. You need Win7 and the available of a 3D TV to hook up too in order to use it. I don't know much about OSX but from what I have read it doesn't support much, if at all, anything 3D.

Yeah besides 3D is completely overrated, if Apple allowed 3D you'd be looking at a 5,000 dollar laptop. I'm not an Apple hater since I own a lot of their products but you can't deny that their laptops are fucking overpriced.

Even though I'm a Win7 fan and own nothing Apple, I would still rather have a Macbook Pro vs any inexpensive laptop any day.

To be honest, I think they are fairly priced vs many laptops. A lot of research goes into them and just how they are assembled in such a compact, stylish, powerful design makes the extra cost worth it.

I do believe that one day Apple will bring 3D to their laptops (and even phones/mobile devices), but most likely once industry finds a way to implement 3D with out glasses.

I think they did, Nintendo 3DS is pretty neat with it's 3D switch which makes it look 3D.

Hi Guys!!!

It is great to hear from BOTH of you!!! ..|

Even though its not what I WANTED to hear...

Yeah -- I agree that Apple OVERCHARGES for their laptops -- but I loved the last one, and when it broke, I only had a few hours before I had to leave town -- so I just went and shelled out the cash...

WISH I would have had a little more time to do the proper research...

Oh well -- hopefully this one lasts me for five years -- and then maybe the 3d technology will be out there...

THANKS again for responding -- and I hope that BOTH of you are having an AWESOME START to the SUMMER!!!

:):):)
