Hey all. I umm fairly recently got throat fucked. Like in straight porn videos. Anyways it felt good actually, well it made me feel kinda filled up. I mean at the time I liked it. (he didn't cum in my mouth though) But I like the feeling it gives me of being dominated.

But afterwards I didn't really get a sore throat per se. It just felt like he opened me up, like he physically altered the shape of my throat. Is that possible? It doesn't feel like a hurt. It was just hard to swallow (but no pain) anyways it's been worrying me. The mucinex cleared up the swallowing issue though.

I should probably get tested just to ease my mind though, but what do you guys think? I just hope it's not anything serious.

It's probably what you think, your throat just adjusting to having a penis in it.

If there's no pain and you have no trouble swallowing, it's probably nothing. If you get throat fucked again and there's pain during, then there could be something wrong.

Abrupt widening of the throat is expected to leave you sore and/or with discomfort in swallowing for a while afterwards, even if you get deep throated for a while and it's not really painful while he's doing it. If you continue to train yourself like with a banana, Dildo or actual penises, then you'll widen out your throat so it becomes a lot easier to get throat fucked and not have a hard time with it afterwards. However, if you don't do it very often then your throat will most likely narrow back down to its original size.

If you're not coughing up blood or have sharp pain when you swallow, then there's nothing to worry about. If you do have sharp pain and it doesn't begin to subside after a couple days, then you might have slightly more serious damage. Getting a cold or sore throat after a rough deep throat session will compound the issue and might make it seem like you have some kind of damage when it's just the sore throat. There is a higher risk of infection than regular blow jobs, both regular sore throat and STIs, because of abrasions as well as tearing of the walls of the throat associated with taking a big dick back and forth for any period of time.


Just like the doc told you, your discomfort was mostly due to your throat basically being scraped of its mucous from your throat fuck because it was so tight around your partner's penis. However, it's not so much that you hadn't coughed it back up, just that your throat was kind of naked without its mucous and some of the cells on the surface of your throat were rubbed off. Even if you had coughed up mucous that might have gone down your wind pipe (you're not going to be coughing up mucous that you swallowed down to your stomach unless you throw up), it wouldn't have adhered back to your throat. It just takes a little time for those cells to be replaced and your throat to secrete more mucus depending on how tight your throat was, how big the penis was, and how long you were deep throating. The Mucinex probably didn't do much other than slightly lessen the pain of coughing and/or swallowing after your encounter. Mucinex is pretty expensive; you could just buy generic stuff and take more of if since Mucinex has a higher dose of both types of cough medicines (guaifenesin and pseudoephedrine), altough I doubt pseudophedrine did anything more than act as a slight pain reliever. Nyquil or generic Nyquil would do the same thing. Any pain reliever (Tylenol, Motrin, Alieve) would also help with the pain/discomfort.
