I started doing squats and I'm feeling it, in a good way!
I'm basically a beginner so I'm holding two 26 lb dumbbells up by my shoulders when I do them. It does seem to be a challenge to keep my back straight while holding the weights but I am doing them the correct way! I'm thinking about adding step ups to my routine as well. I'll have to look around my house and try to find something to step on!
