How do I get a big bubble butt?

So I want a nice big butt, like the one's in that amazing thread in the fetish forum. I already have some meaty stuff there, thanks to my mum lol. However, I'd love it to just be a bit bigger; so what should I do to work toward it?

My friend said I should do about 60 squats (plus other weights which target that area) 5 days a week; I've read that in (or similar things) in a few other places; yet I've also read the opposite; doing about 5 sets of 5, very heavy weight, only once a week, because that's how you get muscles to get bigger.

Which is it?!:confused:

60 squats 5 days a week is probably a little much for a beginner.

Unless you have been working legs for a while, that's a lot of squats and it's way too often.

I'm doing squats and deadlifts, once a week; have been for about a year, but not sure it's doing much good...

Squats are the right idea for building up your butt, but it's extremely important to keep this in mind: Everyone has their own genetic muscle shape and size. You should try to live up to your genetic potential, but don't be surprised if you never quite look like the models you're checking out.
 
^LOL. I'll just go and get my spare 5 grand then. Lol, nah, I enjoy doing squats (/weights in general) so I wouldn't want the implants anyway.
 
I would get the butt implants. I tried doing a squat once and it was a lot of work.


Butt implants are one of most riskiest and expensive cosmetic procedures. If you get something like that done, then you really owe it to yourself to pay the few thousand extra for the best of the best surgeons. Otherwise, you could be unhappy with the results. . .or even worse: disfigured, crippled or even dead:

I think squats are a lot safer and healthier for you.
 
Back squats, front squats, overhead squats, hack squats, quarter squats, Bulgarian split squats, deadlifts, romanian deadlifts.

If you wanna get big (in general), you gotta eat a little more cals and protein.

Well, I workout 3x a week, and I do one lower-body move each day.

So:

MON - Back Squat
WED - Deadlifts
FRI - Front Squats

I thinking working them 3x a week is enough stimulus for your muscles to grow. I wouldn't overwork them.

Also, I vary the rep scheme. So, Monday is 5x5, Wednesday 3x10-12, Friday 3x8.

You can do whatever rep scheme you want, but make sure you have at least one day of heavy reps (such as 5x5 or even 10x3) and a day of light reps to decondition.
 
The majority of my family didn't have much going on in the butt area, but one of my brothers had a nice build so I figured I could have it too.

I started working out and I tried everything but continued on what felt like it was working right. So if it was burning then it was working.

I power walk on the treadmill and adjust the grade periodically until its at its highest. Usually stay on from 30-60 minutes. I don't run on it personally because I feel I can go longer and get more out it by walking fast. (I get a lot of backtalk for this from my friends, lol)

Since doing that I have built muscle in my legs, thighs, and ass. Really perked up and huge difference. I'd give it a try if you're going to be on a treadmill anyway. (I work out twice a week and treadmill is my main equipment, just fyi)

60 squats 5 times a week would be counter productive, if you're trying to bulk up the glutes and thighs, your muscles need recovery time to rebuild as you strip it while training, you should at least let it rest a day in between workouts, so maybe 3 days a week would be better, and do other body parts on the days you are resting your legs and glutes.
 
sounds way to complicated!! but i did go from the boniest flattest ass ever to a nice trim perky muscle butt...some how...in who knows how long... point is its probably possible!

Anyone remember that movie, "beauty shop", Queen Latifah and andie macdowell?? Andie Macdowell is this skinny white thing then she starts eattin all those collard greens and she gets the juicy bubble butt??? ...that scene always makes me jealous!!! If only it was that easy!!!!!
 
I like that 60 squats 5 days a week, but in all honesty it will work but it will take a while... if ur doing 60-70 and you dont feel anything push a little further till you do then go fro their till its just about unbearable and then relax if the pain goes away quickly stop and rest, you wont feel it for a while but in another 8-10 hours you will, and sitting down might be soar, do that 5 days a week for about 2 months if you wana get it faster you could purchase some butt enhancer padds that go around you're waist and thighs and you're rear, and you could use that till you have the real thing. Good Luck (this is more an exersise for men who have "skinny" or "saggy" butts) [Its a great way to get it nice and tight, not so much for pushing it out further. ;)
