Well, Picture first:

That's my butt. As you can see, all my butt's skin full of red dots (for years).
How do I make it more... Good looking skin? Like this for example:

Thanks!

Out of curiosity, are the red dots only on your butt or do you have them on your upper arm? Is the area on your butt hair free naturally or was it hairy at one time?

My advice is, the ass you're comparing to I'm guessing is a porn ass with a fake tan, make up, flattering lighting, and possibly Photoshop.

IE: Its not real.

Your ass looks very nice as is.

While I've never paid enough attention to my ass to notice, I have the same red bumps on my legs sometimes. I think it's usually in colder weather, and when the air is very dry. Try drinking more fluids, moisture, and don't be so hard on yourself. You got a great ass, as is.

I do have on my upper arms too.
Almost free naturally, why?

Thanks man for the advice! :)

You would need to see a dermatologist for a definitive diagnosis; it looks like a common condition called keratosis pilaris.

The hair question ruled out a condition where friction on the hairs (particularly curly hair) can cause a similar rash. Since you said that part of your butt is naturally hairless (actually, there are hairs there but they are small and not curly), it means that the redness is the skin follicle, making it more likely to be KP.

Additional comment: it's fine to post body part pictures in H&W as long as it's related to the topic. :)

Thank you so much for the help! Really!
Do you know any... cream or something like that which can "cure" it for awhile?
Thanks ;)

Be sure to have your physician confirm that it is KP (it's difficult to diagnose skin conditions from a picture).

In the link in the post above there's some information about cause and treatments. KP is caused by buildup of dry skin and keratin around the pores. It's often something that gets worse during the winter and moisturizing with a non-comedogenic moisturizer can help during dry periods of the year. There are also mild exfoliants that your physician can prescribe to help remove some of the buildup from the top layers of the skin.

It's a fairly common condition and it may take a few trials of different things to find what works for you. When it occurs on the buttocks, it can literally be a pain in the ass to treat since it's hard to avoid sitting on that area.

I feel your pain bud, I have exctly what you have. Karabulut is exactly right, My doc has confirmed it. Its very common to have it on the upper arms, thighs and ass. Its very treatable with DILIGENT moisturizing. you most likely have sensitive skin so i would recommend a quality non-comedogenic moisturizer. It helped me tremendously. I on the other hand also face acne on my ass. I suffered from this ever since i started puberty and still do to this day. I have eliminated this with tanning and meticulous acne treatment. unfortunately, as soon as I stop it returns. Not to thread jack, I am starting a new thread about this.

Rock!

P.S. your ass is perfect!
