the only thing you can doto make urself feel sexy is to change whatever makes u feel unsexy...

unless it involves surgery... if thats the case u gotta learn to embrace it

It requires different "techniques" for different people.
I do think, generally, self-affirmation tends to work well...it can really help.
 
It's hard to explain, but I'll try.

It's not just the hottest guys getting laid. Ordinary guys, with faults big and small, get laid, too. And why is that? Because people connect with them. They like their personalities, and through that, they like the bodies that come along with them, with all their perceived imperfections.

Similarly, when I stand naked in front of the mirror, I see what presumably everybody else would see. An extremely hairy, overweight guy with a goofy face and a receding hairline. But I KNOW that guy. I know his goofy sense of humor, and his odd musical tastes, and his conversational patterns. And I LIKE that. And I LIKE him. And because of that, I like his body. I find him attractive. No, I'm not my ideal type, and no, I tend not to jerk off staring in the mirror (much). But I can see my inner beauty, the same way I can see the inner beauty of those I love. Because I AM one of those I love. :)
