How do you work/train these areas?

I find training my arms the easiest. My problems are with my chest, abs, butt and thigh.

I cant seem to get enought exercise to train these areas. I run/jog but my thighs are still kinda big.

About the butt? No butt exercise found yet..and abs are the hardest to achieve. I've been doing sit-ups for quite some time now, and still no packs!

Am i deformed? :sick:
 
Nah, you're not deformed! Each person grows a bit differently in each of their body parts. My arms don't grow that easily, yet my legs and butt sure as hell did. The only thing I really did for them was to squat squat squat. Be sure to use proper form or you can end up hurting your knees (which isn't good).

And about your abs--you can do all the sit-ups you want, but you'll never see your abs until you lose the layer of fat that's covering them.
 
Its all about diet.
One can not spot reduce - period.

Lungs for your butt high reps with light weights should give you a good butt.
Abs work the Lower abs and sides as thats where the most fat is.
Thighs use the machine that you curl your legs towards your butt(cant remember name) as most peoples fat is on the back of the thighs.
Diet just eat healthly and get alot of cardio 1 hour aday even if you dont have the time at once do half an hour in the morning and the other half at night and that should work

I'd suggest squats, hamstring curls, and lunges for your legs/butt, as well as the adductor and abductor machines for the sides of your legs. For the abs try (weighted) leg lifts, or side crunches to target the lower abs and obliques.

Oh no no no. It's just what ckMich said--you can't spot reduce a part of your body into losing fat. You have to lose fat all around your body. So to see your abs you really do have to work at your diet and watch what you eat and also get some form of exercising in so you burn off calories (or that fat won't go away :()
