how long is your day?

7:45am to 4:30pm pretty much everyday are like that, sometime till 4:45pm :-)
 
I have the basic standard of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, used to be 9-5 but the boss shifted to make the day longer.....
 
I'm management, so I put in anything from 38-43 hours per week. The other issue is the transit- 20 minutes each way every day, so I'm out of the house at least 52 hours on work-related crap. Oh well, it's a living.
 
Right now my longest day is about 8 hours. My shortest is 4 hours (sometimes less). When I worked at a different paper (keep in mind this was volunteer) I sometimes worked for 12 or more hours at a time.
 
Being self-employed, 13-hour (or more) days are common...when I'm home. There is very rarely a day off when I'm home. Vacations ARE a rest, even if they involve lots of travel.

I'm on Day #59 of what should be 69 days of travel (since 03 August), when all is said and done. I am still in SEATTLE...however when I get back home I know that I will be fully whacked by days and weeks of major work...
