How to clean under the foreskin?

When one has a lot of foreskin, and is trying to keep clean,
what advice can you give? I tend to be allergic to some soaps and have gotten rashes, ouch. Also, it is a daily reach, Q tips are useless, they are much too short. no finger can reach down far enough. What is a man to do? Other things are too abrasive.

I just use my normal soap Shep (Dove), pull back the foreskin all the way and wash it like I would wash any other part of my body. I don't take any great care in doing this and it is basically a quick wipe in my fist.

wash regularly. Usually if I can, I tend to clean mine right after urination. I don't use soap much, just water. Piss can make it smell bad and start stegma buildup.

When I say I clean mine after peeing is being referred to at home or in private bathroom. I do not mean cleaning your foreskin at a public restroom! hehehehe... which by the way is a great way to get laid if you stand there with your dick out at the sinks.

My challenge has helped some of you pass an otherwise boring afternoon. It is a real concern, and at 67, I have been working on a satisfactory approach to the cleaning for about fifty-five years. My urologist does not believe this should concern me. He is gay me, nor does he know what all I do. Got it.

Let me put it this way. I have about eleven inches of skin covering about 5 inches of cock shaft. The first six can comfortably be retracted to behing the knob of the cock. In my particular instance, that is a point at which a little muscle circularly constricts enough so that I cannot pull the foreskin back to the base of my penis and pubes.
When the cock is flaccid, usually, I can reach past the constriction and all the way back if I coud reach, but not far enough to do the cleaning I would like to do.

I love to dock, but that leaves some debris I like to clean out.
Believe me, I have tried several, a couple ways and a dozen methods and none does entirely what I want to have done. Can I be any clearer?

Uh, retract fully, wash clean. If you're not using a mild soap, a thorough wiping using warm water should do fine.

If you're not able to retract at this age, there is a problem, and you need to get your penis checked out for possible phimosis.

I cleaned this thread up a bit... no pun intended. Remember, this is a no flame zone and tends to stay on topic... although wandering off a bit is tolerated (hence the brush picture).

The warm water and soap/ retract is my advice.

I copied this thread for my friend and urologist and he was interested in the responses I got. He knows I am gay and he consoled me and gave me a longer brush like the one Lex sugtgested. No, seriously, he had some good advice and I may get my frenulum cut a bit in December for Christmas.

Actually if you are over 20 and you cannot retract your foreskin you can have a small surgical procedure to cut a bit of your frenulum.
If part of your foreskin is still attached to your glands than again you should have medical procedure to be able to clean it thoroughly.
Ever since I was 13-14 I was able to retract my foreskin fully, and just wash it as any other part of my body.
before dad I remember as a kid I would do that with a strong stream of water. Was pretty pleasurable too..
