On the topic of shyness in locker rooms

There's a guy at my gym who walks to the shower stall fully clothed, undresses inside it to his boxers, showers in those, wraps a towel around his waist and dries off, then walks wearing the towel with the boxers beneath to a toilet cubicle to get dressed.

If that isn't psychotically shy, I'm not sure what is.
