There's already some pretty good advice in this thread but I'll add the following:

Speaking only for myself and as an uncut guy, my foreskin is pretty sensitive - especially the very tip so I don't enjoy teeth being used there.

The tongue, however, is a wonderful instrument for that area.

My knob is extremly sensitive all over but more so around the frenulum and mostly under the ridge where the foreskin lays when retracted.
