Contracting HIV through oral exposure is quite minimal. I believe you'll have better luck getting struck by lightning. As previously said, you may have the chanced coming in contact with a good STI, but that isn't any some penicillin can't fix. I assume this guy is a 'good guy.' If he's a relatively trustworthy guy, it's possible to rationally figure out something about the level of risk you're at right now. for instance, if he doesn't have HIV, you ain't gonna catch it from him, either.

It is more likely that you have a typical pharyngeal infection like strep. But there's always a possibility that it could be chlamydia or gonorrhea.

Go to the doctor. Have a throat swab done for your own peace of mind.

OK, I have never heard of someone 'throwing up' cum some time later...I think the throwing up thing is unrelated.

I strongly suggest you get tested for an assortment of STIs and get the necessary injections at the same time you get tested just in case, which is what most sexual health centres will do.

There is a likelihood that you 'may' have contracted an STI.

It is only low risk if there is no open sores in the mouth, chapped lips or bleeding gums. If there are, then all bets are off.
