I Don’t Like You!

I just have to get this off my chest. For some reason, there are people on here that I just don’t like. When I see their posts I generally ignore them, or if I read them I get angry. For example, in one particular section here on JUB I can say I don’t like about 95% of the regular posters. (I know I’m pathetic.) It’s gotten to the point that I’m stating to feel bad. I consider myself a person who gives people chances, and who doesn’t write people off just because of their opinions and feelings, but I just can’t help it. I just don’t like them.

Without naming names and getting mean, are there people on here, or in your everyday life, that you just don’t like? Or am I the only one?

Well I can solve your anger problem here at JUB. If you click on 'My Settings' and scroll down to the bottom of the page, on the left hand side you have your 'Buddy/Ignore' option. Simply add those people to your ignore list and you'll never be troubled by them again!!!

Of course, if I'm already on that, then you won't know that I've said this!!!!

No, before I joined I read the posts without joining for about a year. I joined recently just to get my opinion and feelings out.

There are a couple people whose posts I tend to slide on by without reading. But I don't waste time in hating them - I just ignore them. Without the function.

Whether real life or cyber space, there will always be some people you like and some you dislike. It's not worth letting any virtual people upset you, however.

It's not wise to like only those who agree with everything you say or dislike those who disagree with you. That rarely works out well in any part of your life.

Don't take it all so seriously. If you find yourself getting particularly upset in a certain forum, it might be a good indication you should avoid it altogether.

Gosh, I kinda think, if you don't like 95% of us, you really don't need to name names. And it would take too long anyway. I'll just assume I'm not one of the lucky 5% and move on...

Of course there's people we don't like.

I don't like all of my 'friends'. One guy in particular, I wish would just piss off. But then again, he's a racist twat, incredibly stupid in pretty much everything he says, and either a liar or a melodramatic lazy idiot.

I'm voting for both on the last point, actually.

But yeah, my point is, despite how personable I normally am... there's times I'll just want to slap people. There're people on JUB, there're people elsewhere.

And anyone who tells you they don't feel some negativity towards someone is lying. Or Vulcan.

Use your ignore feature. Take a break from any forums that tend to annoy you... that sort of thing. This place should be somewhere you come to have fun! Let your hair down... You know?

That's how I feel. I don't come here to get depressed or upset. I just come here to relax and enjoy myself. I avoid the forums and threads that annoy me.
