but I was wondering if anyone knew the answer to this thought that I had today

do little people, (midgets/dwarfs) have to ride in car seats?

I have a friend who is a midget/dwarf. He drives his own car which has had the driver's seat, gas pedal and brake modified. When he is a passenger in a car... he uses a regular seatbelt.

Yea we sure need more new threads just like this one as opposed to bumping quality threads from the past.

it definitely is a step up from candy flavored cumm ;)

Umm

on topic...

I saw the show about little people and they use peddle extensions to drive

that is all

u need to watch little people, big world on TLC. Of course they don't sit in car seats. They sit in regular seats, just like us, except they have special pedal modifications that bring the petals up to their feet so that they can use them.

This is true, I have a freind who is 'vertically challenged' and has such adaption to carry on with life just like everyone else.

When he's not working in a chocolate factory.

what the fuck? mako stole my siggy! i'm taking him to JUB people's court.
To be honest, that was the thing in this thread that really caught my attention the moment I clicked into it.

Seriously.

ha...i got one too nonimus. i only keep him around cause when he's standing, his mouth is level with my crotch.

i asked this because here in california, kids under a certain height need to be in carseats, I was curious if this applied also to the little folk

oh and I had the siggy first, but I will change it so neither of us uses it

Oh yeah, "of course" they don't ;) Or... I don't know how safe the roads are, if 3'2" people sit on regular seats and drive?!?

But then again...they even let women drive these days.

i don't know if you're joking or not...? Most little people are above 4' and are perfectly safe drivers.

But what is the difference between a midget and a dwarf??\

A shiny sixpence for the first correct answer

Surely they are... if their periscope doesn't get foggy, or? Seriously dude - you'd need a car seat to look over the wheel, right, if you were the same height as the tyres?
However, if I am wrong, please do correct me!

You're showing a bit of ignorance here. Most little people are smallest in their legs, and have only slightly smaller torso's. They can see just fine over a steering wheel, they only need special pedal extenders to help them operate the pedals.

I think you're grossly overestimating the difference in height here. The average person is 5 feet, 8 inches tall. The average dwarf is 4 feet, 2 inches. That's only a difference of one and a half feet. Now take into account that only about 6-8 inches of that is in the torso area, their head would only be about 6 inches lower than yours. How high over the steering wheel are your eyes? Mine are at least one and a half feet. So their eyes are a foot above the steering wheel.

Get with it and stop being so insensitive.
