Nothing. That's a normal reaction until you are used to it.
Try jacking off into your hand, as soon as you have the first shot or 2 in hand, eat it. Don't wait til you finish cumming(that is the real key)!
Do this a couple times & you should be able to get your whole load & eat it after you finish cumming.
