No. In my experience about half the guys do not feel any sexual sensitivity in their nipples, but apparently it can be increased by teasing etc. Piercing also makes them sensitive, i have been told.

I do feel, but I don't get anything out of it. Plus, nerves are wired up weird... playing with them gives me a ticklish (not great) feeling in my junk, and makes me thirsty for some reason. I don't understand that at all (well the thirsty part).

My nipples were almost completely numb until I got them pierced. Now they can be so sensitive that it's annoying. If you're concerned about it you could give piercing a shot, but I don't think it's necessarily a guaranteed way to improve sensitivity.

The reason why men have them? Simply because women do. Plus, we're all female up to a certain point in the womb so they just grow on the off chance that you'll be born a female.
