Now that there are some decent games for it I finally got a Wii.

I used to think the Wii was a piece of piss, but now I love Wii.

Most of my free time at the mo is spent trying to unlock stuff in Smash Bros.

Mario Kart and Mario Galaxy havn't got a look in yet.

I am also surprised that a friend of mine has also got into it.

Everytime he comes over he wants to play Wii Sports and improve his Wii Fitness age.

Any other Wii gamers about, what are you playing?

I roll a fatty and play Smash Bros. tournaments for hours. then I have to go to work.... :( but yeah, it's a blast.

I suck at video games and hate most of them. But I LOVE the Wii and most games that come with it.

I play Smash Bros with friends. I suck with everyone but Peach. My boyfriend kicks my ass every single time with Sheik. Because we're secretly lesbians.

I also play Elebits...it's kind of a weird cross between Pikmin, Katamari, and an episode of Ghostbusters. But I love it. And boyfriend's bringing me a game he likes a lot that I think is called Okami or something like that...

I am in love with my Wii. Smash Bros. is the best game that has come out so far. Mario Galaxy is a really good game, even though it seems childish at times. The graphics for both games are, IMO, absolutely perfect. I just wonder what's your highest score Wii sports bowling. Mine is at 295. One frame screwed my game up damn it!:grrr:

Wii is awesome isn't it?!! I love the tennis on the Wii Sports. It is so damn addicting. But then again you have to be careful!!! I can't count the number of times I have wacked the TV, the bed, the cat, the table......

295, I'm impressed. :=D:

195 is my best so far. But I will say I still havn't played that much.

The Baseball is really pissing me off.
Half the time I don't even hit the ball.
Then when I do It's usually a foul ball. :grrr:

I can't believe how much they have packed into Smash Bros. And to play as Sonic and kick Marios ass is also satisfying as I'm a Sega boy from way back. But where is Knuckles and Tails? They would have been good additions to the fight as well.

As for hitting things with the Wiimote. I have only hit my friends so far. The rule is if someone breaks the TV (Plasma) they buy me a new one.

got a wii in august 2007, and love twilight princess, mario galaxy, super paper mario, and metroid prime 3. and have downloaded alot of virtual console games.

It's weird. We've had the Wii set up for some time, and gotten several games for it, but all I ever do on it is WiiSports and WiiFit, with an occasionaly WiiPlay. My partner tends to play the other stuff more, though. :)

I have a Wii and find myself playing Gamecube games more often than Wii games and when I do play Wii games, they're usually ones that don't require the wiimote.

I play Super Smash Bros with the Gamecube control and apart from Wii Sports which is m yonly other Wii game, that's the only Wii game I play.

I play Animal Crossing on the Gamecube and thats pretty much all I play.

with baseball you just need to work on your timing a bit. I was horrid when i first starting playing the actual game part, not just HR derby or BP, but got better

the lack of characters, specifically third party characters, in Super Smash Bros was a big disappointment to me, well that and the fact that it is just a gamecube game basically. we had been hearing for so long that Sonic and Snake were in the game and everyone speculated on who else could be in the game and then they stopped there...Well once Mario Kart came out i stopped played SSB. Don't get me wrong, it is still one of the best games i have, but I can't help but feel ripped off.

I have had a Wii since Apr 07 and I have never accidently let go of the remote. i did a few times with a real bat when playing baseball, but never with the wiimote and i dont remember anyone playing with it letting go, still using the strap is a must I think

Watch a baseball game on TV. That's true of pro athletes, as well. :)

No thanx. If I wanted to be bored I'd watch Test Match Cricket or Lawn Bowls.

I have taken a sickie today. So far I've done little but play Wii and watch DVDs. If only I could take a sickie every day. Damn work. It gets in the way of my fun.

I still havn't gotten to Mario Kart or Mario Galaxy yet. I'm having too much fun with Smash Bros.

You got a Wii?
Dont forget to flush

Do you have to stand while playing all games that use the nunchucks?

We are having a drought here downunder. We're on water restrictions. If it's yellow let it mellow. If it's brown then flush it down.

As for the nunchuk, I'm yet to use it.
