Don't use FrontPage for anything, ever. Microsoft has actually phased it out and is replacing it with Expression (which is allegedly much better). I actually use Dreamweaver myself and I'm really happy with it - although the price tag is fairly hefty. There are also several free WYSIWYG editors out there, try a Google search maybe.Im using Microsoft Front Page to design my webpage, maybe that is why it looks perfect in IE and like total shit in Firefox.
Anyhow, I prefer Maxthon / IE7 myself, mainly because Firefox can't handle floating divs and overflowing tables without breaking layouts in strange ways and it's way too slow when you've got a lot of tabs open - although I haven't tried beta 2 yet, maybe they fixed it.
If you are working on web pages, you should at least try and make them render correctly in FF. It may not be as popular as IE, but it's got a respectable amount of marketshare now.
