I have no thoughts about acting out on any of my fantasies.

I know that even doctors are very "narrow minded" in the sense that mental illness is "okay" - just as long as it doesn't interfere with their most important values in life ! I understand that you may feel that you are the only person who has these feelings, and you may feel ashamed...but believe me if you want to approach these feelings and thoughts with some sort of idea of resolve, then you will need professional help.

I'm studying psychiatry at the minute, and don't worry, psychiatrists have heard and seen EVERYTHING. Don't be embarrassed about seeking out professional help, they will help you out and help you deal with your thoughts and desires.
