Jackin before you go to class is a good idea. Would be fun etc. I will be hard not to get a boner I understand. When I went to the gym to workout at college, I had a boner a few times, but after a while going to the gym was like anything else. I ended up not getting boners. How? By concentrating on the work at hand, be it weight lifting, situps, etc. You have to make an extra mental effort not to get turned on. If your in the closet and don't want to come out yet and if your worried about your career then think in those terms, you might be surprised...no boners! (or if your that worried about the whole thing, why r u even taking weight lifting in the first place?)
 
Don't wear anything tight. Wear some loose-fitting shorts and a supporter.
 
Put more weight on the bar and focus on your real reason for being there. If you get a boner the rush of blood to your dick will cause you to faint and drop the bar - that should cure it.

Or alternatively put less weight on so you don't need a spot, and do more reps.
Or get 2 guys to spot you, one at each end of thebar, so you don't have to have them in your face.

Don't worry too much about it. Lots of guys get hard from working out.
 
As noted above, it probably won't be a problem. If it does happen, everyone knows that erections happen to teenage boys all the time for no reason. If someone should notice, chances are small that they would say anything about it. You're not in middle school anymore.

Don't start the workout with the bench press. Save it until you are worn out. I know that by the end of a workout, I'm so tired that it would be difficult to get it up without some direct physical stimulation (i.e. blow job, etc.).
 
I think it'll be more the showers that you'll have to worry about.
 
Ha, in a similar situation.. need one last gym credit to graduate -- only thing available to my schedual was strength and conditioning. Although, i already lift weights/work out regularly- but school atmosphere is different.

I wouldn't worry about getting wood while in the gym, unless you're slacking off in the corner and your attention is focused on the others. As long as you focus on lifting/your routine/what to do in downtime of one exercise, then you will be fine.

As for the showers....... my first gym credit was Freshmen year and no one in that class took a shower after it. we were all intimidated, or w/e i guess...
But now that its seniors, and the football/other sports guys have done it already... I'm nervous as shit!

There's NO way i'd be able to not get one while in the showers! i guess my plan will be to:
1)just use a washcloth on my face
2)load up on axe body spray and hose down after. (although i don't get too sweaty from lifting)
