I'm suing a local grocer for false advertising as well as court costs and emotional damages. So I buy a single serve pre-made banana pudding dessert thinking YASSSS GIMME MY LIFE but I dig my spoon in for the first salacious bite and it's literally JUST pudding. There's a layer of cool whip and wafer cookie crumbs on top but underneath.... no banana slices, no wafers. obviously this is a scam. You can't defraud hard working Americans. If Food Lion thinks I'm taking this laying down yall better tell them about me. Please correct me if I'm wrong, does it not say THOU SHALT NOT LIE in the constitution?

Hard disagree. Whip topping on the bottom is how I make my puddings and frappes.
