It was on a purple PT cruiser, driven by an older man... The plates were "lkscat" ....... Like scat? Likes cat? What do you think?​

I think it's either 'likes scat',
or 'likes cat' (as in eating the furry feline).

I don't think it's "likes cats" because there's no 's' to make cats plural.

Whatever, I thought way too much into this. Haha, good times-
