I wanna GAIN weight!!! any tips??

Definitely you want to gain weight from good eating habits and good foods, not just from laziness and fatty-content.

I agree with greater muscle-building through an exercise regiment and increased protein in your diet. You also don't need to eat meat to get that protein, if you tend to refrain from high or any meat consumption.

well thanks again guys for a ll the great tips...the eating thing has helped me not already in just feeling better and energized...how ever i'm still confused, your all saying that i'm not eating the amount of calories needed. well how do i know how many i need. obviously I need to eat more than the average joe since i want to gain weight and since i'm smaller than most, I need more but how much is that lol? I have no idea I looked on-line for like a table or something that would help but to no avail...there wasnt anything hahaha! so if ya know how i can calculate it help me out!...thanks again...i cant belive I had this big of a response!

Like BHS pointed out earlier, the online calculators aren't very accurate.

However I did one for you:
(BMR)
Male
Weight: 124lbs
height:5'9
Age:18
Activity: Exercise 3-5 times/week

= 2458 (kcal)

So, I guess you could use that as a starting point. Start by adding some 300-500 kcals for a while.
And whatever karabulut says: DO IT!

I used to weight about 130 (im over 6ft), but ive started working out and eating every few hours, and im up to 145 now. Its a slow process but once you see like a 5, 10 lbs gain you are motivated to keep going. Ive actually fallen in love with working out.

There are shakes that help you with calories. Some arent bad tasting, but you just need to research what shake you need.

Good luck.
