3 sets of the 15 leg raises? a total of 45? I do 150, 5 sets of 30, using ankle weights help, I don't have a six pack either, I don't even have a 4pack and a gut, I'm not fat though, I just have never been able to get a flat stomach, its kinda toned but not a 6pack by any means, I do lots of bench presses also, and I run 18 miles a week, 3.5 a day/5days a week, I have nicely scultped calves from running a lot, I started when I was 18

To get the a great six pack it's about diet as much as or even more than then the exercise---just a little fat will cover those beautiful abs.

you have to basically not enjoy life or eat any carbs. to me that's not worth it. i have a normal flat stomach that isnt a 6 pack but its still fine. so if you want the six pack eat and train like a professional athlete

You look fine. But since you really want those 6-pack abs, how long have you been working out for? You should probably just give it a little more time and don't be discouraged. Do some (meaning a lot of) cardio cuz you need to have less than 8% body fat to show the bottom abs. I don't want to sound like an ass, but you could stand to lose those little man handles you've got there, which are yummy, by the way. You might want to increase your workouts also. Try sets of 50-100 situps, incrementally increasing reps as you progress and build strength.

I haven't seen the pictures you have posted, but just from reading your description, I know what you are talking about since that's what I look like.

I don't really do any ab exercises. Years of gymnastics in childhood followed by years of martial arts in young adulthood have just kept my ab muscles in place. As for the gut I have now, I don't try to get rid of it since that would involve cutting back on my diet in a way that I'm not willing to do at this stage in life. The only time I've had that bottom set of ab muscles defined was when I was counting every calorie in addition to doing the exercise I normally do, and I just don't want to live like that, anymore. This is not to say that I eat junk, though. I just like having my olive oil, avocados, nuts, and other good fats around.

So I agree with the others about the low-calorie diet plus aerobic work. That's the way to go for making that bottom set of muscles show if that's what you want.

looks pretty sexy to me...in fact id rather have sex with that body than someone with all sorts of crazy definition
