be careful. You should not play where you work. A straight couple that work with stated dating things went bad next thing you know they were trying to get each other fired.
 
This is only my opinion -- but mixing business and pleasure in a workplace is a recipe for disaster.
Why does it make any difference if he knows you are gay or not? Just enjoy the conversation and "eye candy" you are getting from him.
