I'd say the appendix or one kidney (left or right, their choice) as those are organs you can generally live without.

They can have my belly fat. I know there's not much use for it. Maybe they could make exhorbitantly priced cosmetics out of it.

Especially now that I've transferred my brain functions to my cyborg body, which I've named The Danborg 4000. The only organic thing I have now is my brain itself. I'll be touring the country shortly promoting cybernetics and the delightful benefits of alternative energy. :mrgreen:
