I'm sure my IE has been hacked, is this fixable?

Random words on any given page that aren't supposed to be links to anything are suddenly links, here's an example

My mouse turns into that spinny page-loading icon when I move it over those words but that's just supposed to be text.

Forgive my complete lack of computer savvy I think I'm explaining this as concisely as I can. I use google chrome for most browsing but there's a few websites that I prefer to visit on IE so I'd like to rectify this if possible.

It looks like cum on that page.

This has happened to me, too. Plus, ads popping up, the upper right corner of the window turning down as a "tease" to click, and even having my page being redirected. (*@*) :jab:

There is Adware known as "Keep Now", "Rich View Media", "Trust Viewer", etc., etc. How it manages to install, I have NO idea! *%%*

You need to go to your computer's Control Panel, and Uninstall the program. To find it, sort your list of programs by date, which will bring it to the top.

Even after you find, and Uninstall it, your browsers are still infected. They have to be Reset.

Hopefully, this will help:

Remember, as helpful as they are, these guys are also selling software, even if it says it's Free. DO NOT download their scanning programs. [-X

With the information they give, you should be able to do it, manually, yourself. ..|

Wishing you All the Very Best! (group)

P.S.

For those of us who use Firefox, if you're getting a notice that your Viewer needs to be updated, DO NOT DO IT! #-o ](*,)

KY you were right, I uninstalled the most recent program (which I didn't even recognize for that matter and don't remember installing) and that fixed it. Thanks a bunch. :)
